"The man behind the mask"

I'm guessing that you're on this page because you found my site link from one of my social pages online or did a google search for a local designer.

If you haven't already heard of me or want to know more ill explain in the following short paragraphs.

Music Guru, come designer

Born in Newport South Wales, UK i went to school with no idea what i really wanted to study, i enjoyed all the subjects but mostly music and art, but in my last years of school when deciding what i was going to do for my dreaded GCSE's i decided not to go along with music which was a hard decisions for me as my teacher at the time put me off as she didn't associated music with fun, I used to dance in the class and get into trouble for it.

When leaving for college i had no say in what i wanted to study there, my careers advisor put me onto a catering course where i was on placement a few days a week in some high end hotels and restaurants, after finishing the course i went on to return the following year wanting to do what i had planed from school but now i was free and could do what i wanted, so i unrolled into the music department to study a nation diploma in music, music industry, music egeneering and anything else you could associate with music, the course was amazing and still is now as i believe the music course at my local college is on of the best in Wales, Or even the UK for college based education.

After leaving college i found myself falling into a number of bands, even being asked by virgin records to take a position in a band that lost a member, but i turned it down to purse a career in something that allowed me to have a bigger creative input.

A few years passed and i was working as a self employed marketer selling products on and offline even had a few sites i managed to set up and managed myself which involved allot of self studies.

What you doing now?

Well as of the past seven years I've been making websites and i continue to study in my own time as there's always something new. I discovered something i was good at and something i could actually become one of the best at.

Today i have a lovely home office 20 mins away from Cardiff and life is good. i have a healthy client base that's ever growing and some helpful associates in my trade, My day to day life is creating unique online experiences, designing for large and small business', designing for print and creating mobile and web applications, i also take time out to trainee business' in online marketing and utilising social media.

So what's planned for the future?

For the future i plan to exhibit my work more as people sometimes ask me what i do and don't understand especially the older generation (and parents). I have a few side projects including a small online outlet where you can grab my illustions as prints or on appeal that will be rolled out very soon, to get publications in design magazines as a believe my work quality is rare and may help others get inspired.

Other side projects include YouTube gaming commentary videos and reviews for PC games and videos on my design channel to help people understand graphic & web design more by screen casting my work processes with added narration.

Oh and to pick up my guitar allot more!
